Exchange Policy

Your exchange must be made within 14 days from the receipt/order date. Items must be in new, unused and original packaging condition.
  • Visit any one of our stores to make an exchange, and feel free to approach our friendly staff for more assistance.

Terms and conditions
  • Items must be new, unused and still have their tags intact
  • A valid receipt or order number is compulsory to facilitate an exchange.
  • Exchange Terms:
    Lower value item – We will reimburse the difference in cash
    Higher value item – Top-up of the difference is required
