Repairs

We want you to use your favourite bags and accessories for a long time. Therefore, we provide repair services to all Motherhouse products.
 
We offer free repairs within 6 months of purchase for any manufacturing defects occurring under normal use. Please note that this warranty does not cover general wear and tear, accidental damage, or stains.

After the 6 month warranty period has expired, we will accept repairs for a fee.
*Excluding some products such as stoles/scarves/shoes/clothes.
