We want you to enjoy using your favourite MOTHERHOUSE bags, leather accessories, and jewellery for years to come. To support the longevity of our products, we offer repair services for these items.

Please note that stoles, scarves, shoes, clothing, and other selected items are excluded from our repair service.

Complimentary Repairs Within 6 Months

We provide complimentary repairs within 6 months of purchase for manufacturing defects, such as loose stitching or faulty metal fittings.

Please note that this warranty does not cover general wear and tear, ageing, accidental damage, or stains.

Complimentary repairs under warranty are only available for products purchased in Singapore.

If your product was purchased overseas, such as in Japan, Taiwan, or the US, any complimentary repairs under warranty must be arranged through the respective country of purchase.

Repairs After the Warranty Period

After the 6-month warranty period has expired, we will continue to accept repairs for a service fee.

Repair Service Availability

Our repair service is only available for products located within Singapore.

We are unable to facilitate repairs for products shipped from or located overseas. Customers are responsible for any international shipping arrangements and costs.
