Motherhouse Products Only

We want you to enjoy using your favourite Motherhouse bags and accessories for years to come. To support the longevity of our products, we offer repair services for all Motherhouse products.

We provide complimentary repairs within 6 months of purchase for manufacturing defects that occur under normal use. Please note that this warranty does not cover general wear and tear, accidental damage, or stains.

After the 6-month warranty period has expired, we will continue to accept repairs for a service fee.
Excludes selected products such as stoles, scarves, shoes, and clothing.

Please note that our repair service is only available for products located within Singapore. We are unable to facilitate repairs for products shipped from or located overseas, and customers are responsible for any international shipping arrangements and costs.
