Singapore Orders

Shipping Rates

• Free shipping is available for orders of SGD 50 and above.
•  For orders below SGD 50, a delivery fee of SGD 5 applies.

Delivery Time

• Orders within Singapore are typically delivered within 1–4 business days.
•  Delivery times are estimates and may be subject to delays during peak periods, public holidays, or due to circumstances beyond our control.

Self-Collection

• Self-collection is available at our MOTHERHOUSE Singapore stores.
  

International Orders

• We currently offer international shipping from the MOTHERHOUSE Singapore online store to Malaysia.

Malaysia

• Free shipping is available for orders of MYR 500 and above.
• For orders below MYR 500, the applicable shipping fee will be displayed at checkout.
• Estimated delivery time is 5–8 business days.
•  Delivery times are estimates and may be subject to delays due to customs clearance, public holidays, peak periods, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Other Destinations

• For international shipping to destinations other than Malaysia, please visit our  MOTHERHOUSE Japan online store.

Import Duties & Taxes

• These charges are not included in the product price or shipping fee and are the responsibility of the recipient.
• International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, and other customs charges imposed by the destination country.
• If a shipment is refused due to import duties, taxes, or other customs charges, any return shipping costs, duties, taxes, customs charges, or other fees incurred as a result of the refusal will be borne by the customer.

Delivery Issues

• Please ensure that your shipping address and contact information are complete and accurate when placing your order.
• If a parcel cannot be delivered due to an incorrect or incomplete address, an uncontactable recipient, or other customer-related reasons, any additional shipping or return costs incurred may be borne by the customer.
