Delivery Policy
We offer the following delivery options within Singapore:
Standard Delivery (3–5 working days)
- Free for orders above $100
- Flat rate of $5 for orders below $100
Express Delivery (1–2 working days)
- Flat rate of $9.50
In-Store Pickup
- Available daily from 11:00 AM – 9:00 PM
- You will be notified once your order is ready for collection
Order Processing & Delivery Timeline
- Orders are processed on working days only (Monday–Friday) before 6PM.
- Orders placed after 6PM, on weekends, or on public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
Important Notes

- Orders placed on Thursdays and Fridays under Standard Delivery (3–5 working days) may experience delays, as deliveries do not take place over the weekend
- In such cases, delivery will likely be fulfilled in the following working week
- For more urgent orders, we recommend selecting Express Delivery
