Return and Exchange Policy

We understand shopping online could be difficult as the image and colour may differ from expectation. There is also the possibility that the person you’re sending the gift to have a different preference.
We would like our customers to be truly satisfied with our products as we want you to use them for a long time as life partners. We also value the craftsmanship and effort of our craftsmen as they handmade these products with their heart and soul.
In the scenario you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, we will gladly accept an exchange or refund.

By Mail
Don’t have the time to head down to our stores? You can do the return via mail and we will cover the charge.
You may return your order by mailing it to us:

  • Do send us an email to with your order number and proof of purchase.
  • Pack the item(s) and the completed airway bill together in a parcel
  • Send your parcel using a traceable mode of delivery to our shops at:

  • We will arrange our courier to pick up the parcel from you.

Your return must be made within 7 days from the date upon receiving the product.

It’s important that your return is sent to us via a traceable mode as we'll not be responsible for any lost mail sent through non-traceable mailing options.
We hope to receive the bags as soon as you too!

In Stores
Come on down to our stores to make the refund if they are conveniently located near you.
You can also try on different bags and if you do see something you like, we can make the exchange on the spot. Approach any of our friendly staff in store for more assistance!

  • Please make sure all items are unused and still have their tags intact
  • For us to facilitate the exchange, please bring along a valid receipt or order number for your purchase
  • You may exchange to another item
    Exchange to lower value item – we will reimburse the difference in cash
    Exchange to higher value item – we require you to top up!
