It will be my last purchase from this Brand due to the quality of the leather and the lack of customer service. They could not resolve my Hanameki backpack issue, which is sad because I used to love the design of this Brand. Sayonara.

since i ordered it online, i was pleasantly surprised with how vibrant and pretty the colour gradation is. the pockets for holding cards are useful too. love this product!
