A round-zip long wallet crafted from leather inspired by the ripples of water. The leather’s depth of color and texture—created by applying dye to the uneven surface formed through shibori pleating—adds a subtle individuality. Its U-shaped wide-opening design makes the contents easy to see and access. Available in versatile, easy-to-use colors, it also makes a great gift.

Minamo Leather is crafted using a unique pleating technique that creates a rippling, water-like effect that shimmers in the light. After numerous trials, we arrived at a time-intensive process in which a single piece of leather is carefully folded by hand and dyed in two stages. This combination of meticulous craftsmanship and an element of chance produces a rich, one-of-a-kind character in every piece.

Please note: Because the pleating and dyeing are done by hand, each item may vary slightly in appearance.

A wide-opening zipper with exceptional storage capacity

When you open the zipper, there’s a coin compartment in the center, two bill compartments, and five card slots on each side. With additional open pockets and card slots, you can neatly separate and store receipts and other papers, making it a spacious yet highly organized wallet.
